    Hi I am thinking of painting my fire surround its oak at the moment and i hate it i was thinking of painting it white is it passible and do i need special heat resistant paint.Any ideas:):eek:

    I'm no expert, but I would wonder if radiator paint would do the job?

    rad paint will work, we had a surround painted with it in the house before and it worked.
