Unjust Ban

    Hey, afew months ago my room mates account (dan.wmjw i think it is called) was banned from the Airsoft Adverts forms for showing an email address. I later realised that my account created a month before his accounted was banned for a re-reg on his account. I think this was an unfair banning and I hope that the problem will be resolved shortly

    You know too well that this is not why you were banned. You even admitted it via pm.

    You were initially banned for being a rereg to get around another adverts ban. You posted the exact same thing three times. Here's the PM I sent you originally after you said you weren't a rereg -
    Then can you please explain this -

    Same gun
    Both come with three batteries
    Both come with an aftermarket rail
    Both come with a red/green dot sight
    Both have had a spring upgrade
    Both have had a new hop up installed

    And the lastly - both have the exact same photo taken of the same gun. The pictures are even have the exact same name & size - PICT0627.JPG - 87.5 KB

    If you can let me know how all of the above is nothing more than a coincidence then I will happily remove the ban.

    You can back to that with 'I bought it from my mate to make a profit and sell on boards' (Still didn't really explain why the ads were the same)

    So I then replied with -
    So you bought the gun from your room mate a few days after he was banned from the forum for €90 with the sole intention of selling it on for more on our adverts section?

    That is considered profiteering and is also a bannable offense and seriously frowned upon.

    So in summary this is either -

    A. A banned user returning under another account
    or
    B. A friend of a band user who has come on to make money from selling a gun for more than he paid for it (Profiteering)

    These are both as bad as each other and as far as I am concerned the current ban still stands.
