    Ben Lefew has the look on his face of a dog that has been shown a card trick as he struggles to deal with the banter between Paul Marrow and Padraig Parkinson. I'm sure he'll get there in the end.

    mickg gets an absolutely crucial double up in a tense pot with Paul Marrow. Mick has been getting his raises snapped off by Ben Lefew. after one such occurrence he raises the next hand and its folded round to Paul who calls the 64k. check check on the 10s 2s 9c flop. paul check calls micks 110k on the Kc turn. 6h on the river and paul check calls mick's all in for 300k. mick tables AK which is good against the 10 3.

    missed the start of this one but looks like lefew raised from the button and got called by marrow in the big blind.

    flop comes 5 7 8

    heavy betting ends with marrow moving all in and lefew snapping.

    lefew: 7 7
    marrow: q 5

    J 2 on turn and river and the sevens scoop a 2.3 million pot. Paul Marrow is left staring forlornly at an empty piece of felt where once sat half the chips in the tournament. The 335k change looked like small consolation and the silence was deafening. Good time for a dinner break.

    Paul Marrow has ground it back up to 600k.

    McFadgen is playing shove poker with his shortish stack. He got called once by lefew and both tabled AK with lefew on the diamond draw. 2 diamonds on the flop but the excitement ended there.

    Michael McFadgen has just exited in unfortunate circumstances. He raises and gets repoped by Marrow. Snap call. AA for Michael and Q 10 for Marrow.
