Vevo on Youtube

Just playing a video there on Youtube there and it plays in a thing called Vevo. Seems to require more bandwidth than normal (>40mb ? per video) and if you want to replay the video immediately (as i often do) it downloads the same amount of data again (unlike with Youtube which seems to cache it).
