The DVDs can be bought from various shops, pubs etc in Strandhill and Sligo. I'm assuming that the price is still €9.99 but not too sure about that.

The main video is just under half an hour long.

There is also another video of all the runners (I'm pretty sure it covers all the runners) going around the cairn so everyone should be included.

Might be a nice stocking filler.

Watched the DVD on Christmas day. Really well produced and comes in a nice case definetly worth the tenner. Didnt actually realise that Gahan was leading Boit just as they came off the mountain, shows Boit is not that strong on the mountain. Nice bonus where it shoes every person as they ran around the cairn. Well done to the commitee, they have put so much work in.

Dont forget registration opens on March 17th this year:):):)

Gahan said in the post race interview that he thought Boit was carrying an injury. Looking at the DVD though I think Boit may have made a mistake in going way too hard up the Glen road. He was certainly struggling aascending the open mountain. Boit was able to*follow Gahan down and take the lead again on the road where he looked fluid and not injured. If Gahan had a 20 sec lead at the top he could have stretched it to a minute on the way down and won the race.

Great footage though and great value for a tenner.
