Why not curry I love firm plain tofu in a curry! What type is it firm, silken, smoked, seasoned? I have plenty of recipes but would depend on what type it is!

its really nice if you deep fry it until crispy, then make it ito a warm salad with, Satay sauce, cucumber, beansprouts, roasted peanuts, coriander, its a malayasian dish called Rojak Tahu, and its great with a combo of other dishes

Does it have to be vegetarian?

If not, I recommend mobu-tofu (not sure of the Chinese spelling). It's a hot-pot of tofu, minced beef/pork with some spices, usually served with rice.
