    ......or if you find it easier to go to Dublin, the main Dublin City MTO is on Queen Street.

    (Dublin City Council issue all licences for Dublin City and County).

    Had to get a new one recently and Fingal County Council offices advised I needed to send the application to Dublin City Council in Queen St. Only took 2 days!
