Waterproof Watch

Hi all
My husband is a surfer and I am thinking of buying him a good waterproof watch to wear while he is surfing.
Can anyone recommend one?
I was looking at the polar range (e.g. RS100) but these seem to be more geared towards running. It is still waterproof though so he could use it for heartrate etc. Or does anyone know if there are watches more geared towards swimming/surfing etc with relevant functions?

here is a waterproof watch.
It's 9.99, rubber and if you follow the reviews instructions and roll it on it should last. Thinking about getting it myself.

This is the one you want -it has time, date, tide, temp, compass and obviously waterproof.

I have one, cheapest I found was through amazon.co.uk for 130 ish.
