Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I have client for whom I had to reset their laptop due to a MS Update failure, in doing so their copy of MS Office 2007 has been deactivated (Retail Copy) and they cant find the disk for me to input the code, where can I get this from and can you point me in the direction of the right contacts in MS to get in touch with?

It was registered with MS so I'm hoping I can get on to MS about this and retrieve the code, am I correct?

    MC

If you re-installed windows then you wont be able to get the old product key. If not, then you can download and run Product key finder

    Also, read the FAQ's here

Cheers, know about MagicJellyBean but I had no access to the OS and the client won't let me take any equipment away for repair / diagnostics so I had to reset it there and then so loosing the registry hive
