problem with boards homepage ( not refreshing)

Is there a problem with the Boards homepage . It doesn't refresh . The same threads seem to be stuck on the homepage

I had the same threads in the same order every time I refreshed the homepage . Lasted about 10 min . Could have been the laptop . Thanks anyway:)
