Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Setting up a P A system

    Hi all,

I am trying to set up a P A system for a non-profit sports club and have been donated a PA amp ( DI brand TX120 ). It was formerly in a University lecture theatre but I was not present at removal time to observe setup.

I believe it's mostly straight forward although the speaker(s) connection is not very well labelled.(for me at least)
There are five screw in connections labelled 'Speaker Outputs" and below reads ' Com. 8 Ohm 100v '
Below these are a Red screw connector (+) and a Black labelled (-) with 24v DC
and next to this is also a 3 pronged plug labelled 'Line Out' and '600Ohm 1v'

On the other side of the cooling fins are the Mic inputs (6)
and 2 Aux output (RCAtype) and 1 Tape output (RCAtype)

I am looking to connect 4 speakers in the clubrooms to aid with our coaching clinics and social events and any help/comments would be greatly appreciated,

    Regards
    Wayne
