Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Although Burnley did beat Utd, so maybe a point is a good result :P

    What formation are City playing?

    Given
    -Richards-Toure-Nedum-Sylvinho
    Barry--De Jong

    Ireland
    Petrov
    Adebayor-Tevez-RSC----

    ??

I assume Tevez is supposed to be on the wing, but he's playing very central as far as I can see.

His 'tactics' tonight were mind boggling to say the least.

    No shape or balance whatsoever.

Spurs deserve the win tonight, poorest city performance I've seen this season for sure, we just brought nothing of worth to the game. My stream died a few times but of what I saw I don't think we got a solitary shot on target all game. Hughes' tactics also baffle me at times, which I've touched on previously and I think he is restricting the teams potential.

Good god we were terrible. Softish looking run of fixtures ahead, we need t bounce back from this quickly.

Based on R5 Live commentary only it sounds like Hughes didn't learn any lessons from our last few games...give Lennon space and he will crucify you, double up on him and you throttle our attack.

Sylvinho was badly exposed for most of that game, should have changed it up once we scored.

Having Robinho on the left did Sylvinho no favours.

It was scandalous to bring on a good header of the ball as a replacement for the only player we had giving us any width at all. Petrov should have been on at half time with Weiss on the right. Micah is getting better but he's a donkey going forward. NOTHING came from our right hand side tonight.

Hughes could be out on his ear shortly if this keeps up.

N'Zogbia was very good again for Wigan last night, On his day he is a top player imo.
