Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

2FM/Today FM on internet radio?

    Quick query - am thinking of getting a DAB - Internet Radio for the gf for xmas, the thinking being that she could pick up 2FM / Today FM whos signals are very weak where we are in NI at the mo.

    Can someone confirm that Today FM and 2FM broadcast on internet radio? As far as I'm aware this is different to streaming via their website - am open to correction though. For instance if you use Windows Media player and search for Irish radio stations only 2 come up, neither of which are mainstream.

    Any help would be appreciated...these things are bloody expensive so I don't want to plug it in on xmas morning and find out the only station she can get from home is something obscure.

    Not stations I listen to myself, but I've checked there now on my internet radio (Roberts 202) and it picks up 2FM fine and shows its podcast list as well. Says it broadcasts at 32 kbps in WMA. 32 kbps in MP3 for Today FM.

    Moderator: Television, Psychology and Dublin County North.

    Presumably the OP wants a device so it can go in the kitchen, bedroom, etc, not to have the PC on all the time. :)
