Yeah I've been. You just go to the Iranian Embassy in Blackrock, Co.Dublin with your passport and (most likely but check yourself) 2 passport pics. I paid €30 for a one month visa but that was about 4 years ago so its likely more now. It takes about 4-5 working days to process so try to drop in on a Monday.

Same as above. A friend of mine was even invited for tea with the ambassador himself when he went to get his.
