Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Not a solution but an option:
    Telephone:
    Outside the Republic of Ireland :
    Monday - Friday
    Email: 1890 42 22 42
    +353 1 7726619
    08:00 - 18:00
    ibb.customer.support@aib.ie

    ++ Edit

    Also try:
    Load internet explorer
    Tools > options
    General > settings (under temporary internet files)
    View objects
    Is it in there?

    ++ Edit 2

    Also try certificates under the content tab

    Thanks lads.. I actually just did ring them in the end... dunno I thought for some reason they'd be all secretive or something, but no, and it turns out they actually don't use digital certs anymore.
