Streaming mp4 audio from website

Hi, A client wants to add some 'podcasts' to his website which he has sent on as mp4 files. Not something I've done before so just wondering how I can stream this content from the website? Cheers, Paul

Unless they are very small, stick them on youtube and embed them on your site.
