Ardkeen Quality Foodstores have cooked hams in the counter where the chilled meals are. They look nice.

You could try The Lemon Tree, in Dumore East

    http://www.lemontreecatering.ie/

Or maybe the Grannary on the Quay. They also do catering.

    Where's the fresh food hall?

I'm doing a ham today and debating which glaze to finish it off with. Think I'll do the christmas one in cider though yum yum

hell yea, cider is a winner ... maybe a little honey through the last brushing just to give it a sparkle and a little sweetness :) crikey, makes you hungry just thinking about it.

Thanks, I'll have a look next time I'm in town.

BTW Nigella's recipe for Coco Cola Ham is delicious and goes nicely with her recipe for Turkey in Brine which I did last year and it was so moist and tasty. No more dry birds

+ 2 for the Coca Cola.

Mind you, it needs about 2 liter of coke!
It tastes delicious though, nice and sweet.
    And I don't even like Coca cola:p

    TRY THIS ONE ---
8oz sugar into a pan with 1/8 pt water -
boil rapidly till its golden -
    add 1 pint Guinness
boil hard till it reduces to 1/4 pint

use this as a glaze for your ham
glaze and into very hot oven for 20 mins

    enjoy
