*Mods, tried searching for this topic already so apologies if it has been covered* Hi all, I am just wondering what happens if you receive a summons for a traffic offence but the address on the summons saying where they stopped you is wrong? Can I mention this in Court or how do I prove it? Thanks in advance! MILF!
