How do I claim Back the Income Levy from the Revenue?

Both myself and my Wife are over 65. She has no income. I have a local government pension which is over the €20,000 limit. Therefore I am entitled to claim back the levy which I have paid on my pension. But how do I do That?! Any information would be most welcome.
