In my case you can change the orientation of the hdd cage from a side mounting the hard drives to rear mounting (you know the traditional manner). First time i have come across a case with the option to turn the bays around.

Sooooooooo I was wondering would anyone know would turning the bays to the rear be beneficial for airflow? I would assume so due to having a pretty clear route through as opposed to the other mounting orientation having a lot of gaps to work through.

Ehm i wont have more than 2 HDDs mounted in it.
(it may be a minor miracle if anyone understood any of that.)

Any impact is negligible. Don't worry about it too much :P

Ah im getting completely anal over this pc. Ive never been like this before, ive gone back and readjusted the cable management twice since last week. Its probably as all i can do is stare at it. Have been waiting for the monitor, it arrives today and i leave it at work. I should really do some study.

Thanks ill leave it as is for the moment anyway.

Unless you have rented one of these just to be sure, I think there is still hope for you ;)
