Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wonder who Briatore has in mind to take charge for ~15 months or so until he's tired of them again? Great result at the Hawthorns on Monday. Don't think they'll be going up this year though.

Alan Curbishley would be great for them. Great for anyone to be honest.

I thought Briatore has to leave because he's banned from F1...

"The test states that if a person is "banned from the administration of a sport by a sport's governing body", then they cannot act as director of a Football League club."

Paul Hart has just been confirmed as the new manager with Mick Harford returning as his assistant.

    Hardly inspiring.

I don't get it with QPR.

They have money to invest and a goal of getting into the Premiership. So a very simple choice of Manager would be someone who has experience and probably a 'big name' - someone either in the Premier League or recently become available.

    But instead, they've had

    Luigi De Canio
    Iain Dowie
    Paulo Sousa
    Jim Magilton
    Paul Hart

To be fair to Hart, he did an excellent job at Forest under very limited finances (post David Platt and ITV Digital collapse) and kept Pompey in the Premier League last season, before being shafted by their new owners a few weeks back. At least Rangers will continue to play attractive football under him, just like they did under Magilton - who for the record, is an excellent manager who's been treated very shabbily.

Best of luck to Paul Hart. Seems like a good guy and should at least get QPR into the play off places.
