I've noticed a few posts asking about how to get to DKIT so to make this a little easier for people here's a few links and information regarding various ways to get to Dundalk from various locations.

Bus Eireann also offer services to Dundalk from Dublin and Drogheda.

The 100X originates from Wilton Terrace and picks up at Eden Quay, the IFSC, Dublin Airport, Drogheda bus station and then Dundalk.

The bus also extends onto Newry and comes back through Dundalk.

    Day Return - €10.80
    Student 10 Journey - €36.00

    By train:

If you're planning to commute by train to Dundalk then the train originates from Connolly Station.

If you're getting the express (Enterprise) train then the train will stop at Drogheda before going to Dundalk train station.

The non express train stops at the following stations:

Dublin Connolly Station, Howth Junction, Portmarnock, Malahide, Donabate, Rush and Lusk, Skerries, Balbriggan, Gormanstown, Laytown, Drogheda, Dundalk.

The train station in Dundalk is situated in Dundalk town and the bus station offer a town service bus which will bring you to DKIT. It costs just over a euro. If there's a few of you then a taxi up to the college is also a good idea.

Feel free to add your own if I've missed anything. Hope this helps.
