Replacing DSL splitter with a wall socket?

It looks like my DSL splitter is starting to give trouble, I started getting disconnected, and if I connect the router directly to the phone socket everything works fine. So I'm thinking that a much cleaner solution would be to just replace the wall socket with one that has an inbuilt filter. I'm just not sure where to get…

Could anyone recommend a replacement, either from an online store or bricks&mortar, doesn't matter
