Eircom broadband installation question

    Hi,
    We ordered a phoneline and 3mb broadband package online from eircom at the end of november.The engineer came to install the phoneline on december 1st and we have heard nothing about the broadband from them since.

    Is this a normal waiting time?or as im starting to suspect could they have plain forgotten about the bb order?

    We dont use the phone at all and dont even have a handset,just wanted bb and nothing else was available!

    Any info is appreciated!
