According to a previous poster Cattermole has been getting away with these challenges whilst at Sunderland, look at the disciplinary records this season, you'll be unsurprisied to see Mascherano has by far the worst.

Tbh, if Rafa was putting Dossena on the left to protect Insua's defensive frailties (like he did with Aurelio ahead of Insua against United) then why persist on starting Insua in the first place? Why not put Dossena at left back, or Aurelio (if he's fit?) and put Yossi on the wing. Its silly decisions like that which feed the trolls on here tbh.
