Password Issue

I have mislaid the original contract forms that I signed with Chorus / Ntl. Now that I need my password to complete an iPhone setup, I don't know where to get the original password from. I phoned Chorus. They told me that they do not hold passwords on file. Could someone please tell me the easiest way of getting it?

I assume this is the Wifi password you're talking about. If so, just log on to the router and change it.
