    Dear Michal,

    Thank you for contacting us,
You have 7 working days from the date of receipt of your parcel to return the goods for a refund or exchange trusting they are in perfect condition, with all provided accessories and manuals.
Please fill out the return coupon in full and sign it (returns will not be dealt with without it). Explain exactly why you are returning the item and also include a copy of the invoice inside the parcel.
The returns coupon is now found online. Please go to the order tracking on our website http://www.pixmania.co.uk/uk/uk/c_action/mon_compte/index.html. Enter your email address and your password.

Once you have this number please ensure that the returns number is clearly visible on the OUTSIDE of the parcel you wish to return. Please put the return coupon itself inside the parcel.

We recommend you return the item with Standard registered mail. Please ensure that the return address for the product is :

You have to bring back to where you bought it so you can't decide to send it to "some where in Dublin" as you said. Your only other possibility is to contact Samsung directly and see what they can do (most big manufacturers are very good on taking stuff back directly/picking it up at least in the first year) but if not your only option is back to Pixmania.

You have two options, as was advised to you already by Nody. It wasn't "no help".

You can either send it back via pixmania, or contact Samsung directly.

As you seem to be able to find boards, but not google, let me google it for you

If you wanted bricks and mortar support, you should have bought it in a bricks and mortar store. Pixmania are well known for not covering themselves in glory in regard to their return policy, all of which has been covered quite a bit on boards before.

You need to learn to be a bit more appreciative of the advise that's given, and stop expecting others to do all the work for you.

Also, you're using the completely wrong system to return the TV. Pixmania's response states
Which means they're expecting a working TV to be returned. You're returning it under distance selling regulations, which is not what you want to do. First of all make Pixmania aware that the TV is faulty, and return it for repair, refund or replacement.
