Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

DVD player multi region?

I have two DVD drives on my pc,one internal, one external, I can't find any info when searching the properties of either as to whether they are multi region. I suspect most modern drives would be but mine are a few years old at this stage. I'm looking to get some DVD's on the US format, ntsc, ¼ the price of pal. Any help?
Also, are monitors affected by region?

They will be multi-region. The problem is they will only switch between regions before locking to one. You could always watch the dvds through vlc player which completely bypasses the region locks and prevents the drive switching regions.

You should be able to find a firmware hack for the DVD drive to make it region free, alternatively, check out slysofts anydvd
