Hi guys having problems using eircom broadband so looking for some help if possible. Im using a windows xp desktop and i cant get internet working lately i put in eircom cd and got this message "error could not determine default gateway" i wanted to see if there was a way in network connections to diagnose problem but i noticed that the icons were gone you know the LAN and the WAN oness, i was hoping to access them and see if in tcp/ip properties that the obtain ip address was set but cant get in to them now since they are gone is there anyway of restoring these??//:mad:
