My 995 is literally locked, ie keys and buttons will not work. Phone is a little over two weeks old. Is there a reset button? I cant access it through the PC or Menus. Tried removing battery etc no joy

    Cheers.

I plugged in the mains charger for about 10 minutes and it seems to have cured it.

Do these phones lock up on low power? Its my first Sony Ericsson.

Could a virus cause it to freeze? I had a number of Java installments copied over recently. It seems to be working fine now.

I always went with se's until recently and never once had a problem with any of them. Could be an application caused it alright
