    I'm not at college, but my son is at LYIT.

    However, I don't have wireless or ANY kind of broadband.

    Try www.nwewn.com to see if they can offer you their wireless broadband.
    You should also speak to your local TD to see if they can help.

    You've just given it a great endorsement there... "it was expensive and the speeds were crap". You really think I should go for that?!

    The reason I had them for 4 years because I couldn't get Eircom broadband so I had to go with that. Its up to you. Its not a bad service.
