You will find the wap and isp settings in the FAQ.

You can send settings to your phone from the o2 website here: link, but it doesn't have your model listed. Clicking a similar model should be ok.

The their isn't settings for wifi for the o2 network. You simply scan when near a wifi point, and enter a WEP if required.
