Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    not necessarily
Maybe change the the date on time on your motherboard first before replacing the battery.

it's definatly the cmos/bios battery. take it out. if you are not sure on how to go about this contact a friend to see if they can do it for you. bring the battery to the chemist in your area ( the cheapest place you get batteries like these is the chemist) give it to the person there and they will give you the correct battery make sure it is the correct one and you will be fine.

no need to change the date and time before hand as this will make no difference. the computer will revert back to the original settings as of when you first purchased the pc either way. once the new battery is installed then you will have to set the correct date and time. when the new battery is firstly installed it will still show 2004 and your antivirus more than likely will start popping up with boxes. don't worry as once the date and time are set correctly it will all go smooth. just update your security when finished .
