Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have set up another e-mail account for my business within my gmail (not a gmail address). I can send e-mails from the new e-mail address but I cannot receive any. I have to go thru my website to access my new accounts messages. The messages to send successfully but I do not receive them in my gmail. Any advice? Searched googles help centre but no luck on solutions.

Problem looks to be with your incoming settings on the mailbox.

Ask a member of your IT dept for the email setting for your companies email.
This would contain your incoming and outgoing email settings for your work email and if its a IMAP or POP email account.

Also check that you have the correct login settings

Hi sorry it took so long to reply.

It's a personal business and not a large one and i don't have an IT department! Web designer set up my website and he doesn't know why it is not coming thru. I have looked thru the gmail settings and everything seems to be fine.

    Any ideas?

You might want to the web designer to take a closer look. It is probably a slight error with Incoming mail server settings.

are you still having problems with the mail? you need to go into the control panel of your www site, your hosting provider should have sent you (or web designer) a welcome email and go into the mail forwarding settings there and enter gmail addy
