Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bassist and Drummer lookin for funky musicians in Dublin

    Yo, my name's Paddy I'm a bassist, me and my drummer Aarif are lookin for musicians to jam with and get a band goin. What we're goin for is like an old school funky soul hip-hop sorta band with a few crazy rhythmic elements, think Curtis Mayfield and Gil-Scott Heron crossed with Yes and The Mars Volta and a dash of Miles Davis's 70s an 80s stuff...Playin years have loadsa experience and we love a good jam and palying live, need any kind of musicians to start an interesting band...vocals, keyboard, organ, percussion, lyricist, another drummer, horns, maybe guitars, all sorts...just NO BIG EGOED "SH*T HOT" WANNABE BLUES GUITARISTS!!

    If you're open minded and wanna make some deadly tunes drop me a line, we play all sortsa stuff an we're funky as sheeet.

    Hey there,

    I've just posted an add in search of a drummer and bass player!

    I'm part of a band called naxalite. We mainly play hard rock/metal but love experementing and love jazz and funk.

    I play guitar and sing and we have two other guitarists. Our drummer and bass player left for the states last year and we are looking to start playing again.

    Although we lean towards being metalheads, we love all music and try to incorporate all types of genres into our style.

    We play mostly originals but do one or two covers.
