Does anyone find the online games on PS3 much easier than on Xbox 360?

I have both consoles and after a few months of playing online games on both I honestly think the standard on PS3 is much, much lower than on the Xbox 360.

I've ended up going on 10 and 11 games win streaks on around level 15 + on the PS3 whilst on the Xbox 360, I've struggled to get more than 4 or 5 game win streaks when I get to around level 15 +.

Although many people will probably say that it shouldn't make a difference due to the level of opponent being better or worse due to the level based ranking system, however I still feel the level of opponent is much lower on the PS3.
