It'd be cheaper to set it up yourself and not pay the middle man

+1 on DIY. If it is for a big UFC event that you know will sell out quick get Fightclub membership so you get first dibbs on tickets. It is just handy to have sometimes.

The main cost is flights and accom and depending on what time of year to the States. Vegas can be done on the cheap now. Just be prepared to do combos and alot of surfing the interweb to compare prices.

    +2 on DIY.

Apart from UK trips, I've done Cologne for 99 and Vegas for 100 this year. Both times I priced trips through travel agents etc and they were crap. Obviously they weren't including a ticket so the answer to your original question is no, as far as I know there aren't any brokers doing package MMA deals like they do Premiership footy deals etc.
