    Hi

    Not sure where to ask this question and with no patience to keep searching I thought it better to post it here as it is somewhat related....:rolleyes:

    Anyhooo....

    Just taken over our Mngt Company and want to put up a name plate sign on our estate

    Have no idea where to start looking

    Any suggestions?

    I guess it will depend on what sort of sign you want.

    The developer should be responsible for putting up the standard signage (street names, etc).

    But, for any other sign, it will depend on what you want - estate name in stone, in metal, etc.

    Our developer had a sad plastic name board thing made up which looked pathetic.
    We dug a large granite boulder out of the ground on the building site with a teleporter & set it at the head of our estate.
    We then paid a stone engraver to grind a face flush & put our estate name on.
    He also sand blasted the boulder clean.
    Cost between 19 houses €220, for nothing, looks fabulous.
