Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

i was looking at a dell win7 laptop, that had no coa, and no recovery disc,

it was bought in curry's 2 weeks ago, do you think it should be returned, or have the coa's been replaced

None come with the windows 7 laptops. I was on to Dell support today about it, I was told there is an application that will allow you to create recovery discs. Not as handy as OS + Drivers discs, but then again Dell were the last of the manufacturers do finally swap over to discless boxes.

Oh yeah, COA is underneath the battery.

Very true, I stick a laminated photo/printout on the bottom of my laptops. I have a feeling that although there will be less wear you might notice heat fading on the COA anyway, only will time will tell as they haven't been doing it too terribly long.
