    He said Morrisey's not Morrison's.

Morrisey's is on Rose Inn Street, the other one is on Ormonde Street.

It's confusing but I remember it because it has a Y, as in like, Y would you want to go there?, though I suppose this logic also applies to Morrisons, which has an N and that stands for No I don't want to go THERE either.

Yeah I had heard they had closed down alright. There are also rumours going around that a new bar will open there early in the new year....

I heard they hadn't had a license in two years or something.

Did they sell beer from their own micro brewery? I think they had a place in Thurles too, that closed down not too long ago.

It was morrisons that had the place in Thurles and it's gone a while now.

Why in gods name did morrissey's (or morrisons) name their bar so similar to another city bar. the amount of confusion and things that got lost in translation thru drunken phone calls, that led people astray in the past was unbelivable and im a namesake of one of said bars.

Morrisseys was a horrible kip anyway. full of skanger fights. That and that amber blacks 'creche' are no loss.

Morrisons is to much of a squash but generally ok.
