    today was first day in gym after 4weeks off because of flu... lost ~5kg
    bw now ~95kg, 25years

    back, traps, biceps

    deadlifts 60x8, 100x8, 140x8, 180x6, 200x2
    row machine 4x8
    chin-ups 3x8
    trap in smith 80x12, 120x8, 160x8
    trap with dumbels 3x12
    superset for biceps

    still cough and sneezing but went to gym, was reserve on deadlifts but after 4weeks off dont want break my back
