    joe strummer rhythm guitarist and singer with bands the 10ers most notably the punk band the clash and recently the mescaleros died seven years ago today the 22nd of decmber from a congenital heart defect aged fifty

    i would like to take thiss oppurtunity to say what a profound impact this man had on my life and how greatly it upsets me that i was to young to ever see him in action he cared about the little man and sang about politics rather than ****ty love songs he made me realise that it only takes one person to change things for the better and that i can make a difference
