Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Irish Bank makes a move towards the cashless society

    The Irish Bank Officials Association says it is concerned about National Irish Bank's plans for "cashless banking".

    The bank has written to customers informing them of the decision to phase out over the counter cash transaction over the next 18 months.

    It is urging people to use ATMs to get cash back on their Laser cards

    How long will it be before other "cash struck" :D banks decide that handeling cash is more costly than using plastic, your mobile or PC ?

    How much longer will it be before ATM machines last before they become too costly to maintain and insure with all these hold ups? Perhaps these will be next to dissapear before the flood of NFC mobiles hit the market by the end of next year.
