Chimbas Suties is a nice place. Stayed there a few months ago. You wont find a party here but the owners look after you and make you feel at home. Good place for couples and definitely not for single people looking for a party. Its on hostelworld.

I stayed at hostal Lao for a few days and loved it. More like a home and met a lot of people there. Quiet enough though. For the weekend i changed to Damajuana which is more livlier if you are looking to meet people to drink with. Had a bar and swimming pool.
