Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone else catch the latest show with David Villa choosing his ten goals of the decade, some truly outrageous strikes in there.
On the programme itself I reckon it's one of the best hours of football programming anywhere. Bolton is a great presenter and Balague & Hunter provide excellent informed analysis.

    The Villa selection here: http://www.skysports.com/tv_show/story/0,20144,12385_5793985_12385,00.html

Hunter can be a lilttle negative at times and Balague a bit on the dramatic side but, having said that, compared to anything else on the box their the best around. informed and know they're football, more than can be said for the "analysts" on rte and on other sky shows.

    best show since soccer italia.

Great show but can be a bit cheesy at times. Especially last night when they came back from the break and Mark Bolton was whispering cos the other two were asleep:pac:

I know what you're saying but somehow it doesn't make me squirm like other programmes might. I think it comes across as more good humoured banter than trying too hard cheese.

Revista is great because it's about the only football show on Sky where they allow their pundits to actually give their own opinions. Wish it was a bit longer, though, 1 hour isn't alot to get through ten matches.

Watched the show on Tuesday..good as ever

Whenever in doubt about the punditry on show I can always cast my mind back to the Jason Cundy embarrassment against Graham Hunter pre-CL semi final 2nd leg last season :D

Without a shadow of a doubt one of the main reasons I subscribed to the Sky Sports package. No lie.

I actually think Bolton is the glue that holds everything together on this show. Guillem is actually an incredibly biased analyst, you probably don't really notice that much because alot of English supporters may not know as much about the other sides in La Liga bar the big guns. He's intelligent, but he isn't as right as most people would imagine. Graham is good though, although as somebody already said, he can be very doom and gloom! :P

Great show though, and coupled with the 2nd half of extra time on real madrid tv are the best La Liga shows available to Brits and the Irish - thats when they stop salivating over the greatness of Madrid and Sid Lowe shares alot of intersting information on the likes of Xerez and Recreativo!

I cannot abide the man, he is so full of himself. He is an average analyst with an ego the size of Cristiano Ronaldo.

Mayordenis posted the link a few posts up.

As for Ballague, I just don't like his smugness. Being an Espanyol fan, he's very anti-Barça aswell and he doesn't try to hide it. Hunter is the exact opposite and is completely pro-Barça.

That's supposed to be the bit of Brilliant TV? That was most disappointing 'highlight' I've ever watched online. I've seen more entertainment on the Premier Soccer Saturday when Dunphy was too hungover to make in...

"Ha ha ha, look! Cundy raised his voice! ho ho ho, Hunter disagreed with him! Tee hee hee! The presenter was smiling...

Christ, SKY have ye lot brainwashed. Must be amount of times SKY was said during that short clip on SKYsports.com that whenever SKY is said ya automatically associate it with good TV because of SKY's brilliant spectacle of SKY football that SKY bring to your living room every f*cking SKY Super Sunday.

    Or should i say SKYwashed.

I have only come across that Cundy bloke a couple of times, most recently when Arsenal were playing Chelsea. He had a 'debate' with Nigel Winterburn on Sky Sports News I think it was, all Cundy does is start shouting when people don't agree with what he says. Idiot.

Revista is okay, I think Hunter is good, he has a sweet job! Not such a big fan of Guilleme B. They have some dodgy pundits on, Albert Ferrer is a robot, horrible to watch. They had some Dutch lad, Riga I think his name was ex-Levante. The chap could barely string a sentence together in English. In fairness I think they are more there when it's live matches, but it would put me off watching Revista anyway.

I was on about Headshot's link. Mayordenis's video is after the CL final.

Tbh same thing happens in both. Cundy shouting with a few wry smiles in the studio does not guarantee good TV.
