    This is kind of revelant to shooting methinks
    9 O clock news article on RTE tonight [21:00 ] about the Gardai having a recruitment embargo and promotions to fill vacant positions ,like Cheif Super in Limerick,Technical dept,the community policing dept etc.
    C Supers and Supers are doubling up in these affected posts.
    DoJ is aware of this,but the minister has given no comittment to filling these posts in the New Year...:eek:
    Now ,this makes for intresting food for thought. So what happens to those who are in retired C Supers district with restricted firearms certs pending????We are not refused,or granted... Limbo...Wonder for how long???
