Hello all, I'm on a variable rate mortgage at the moment and I was thinking of going to a fixed rate at some stage. My home is in negative equity at present, Will or can this stop me from switching rates:confused:

No, negative equity won't stop you from switching from a variable rate to a fixed rate.
