I was actually about to pm you to see if you were heading to it this year.

At this stage I'm going to be just walking around trying to make friends with the stewards... :(

    They played last year.
Stop living in the past :pac:

Bit disappointed that so many big names are playing for less than an hour. That aside, I'm only really annoyed with the clash between Foals and Modest Mouse.

does anybody know if the Ire-v-Armenia football match is being shown on site on friday afternoon?

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,163 ✭✭✭✭danniemcq

I doubt it there was a big match last year or year before and the didn't show it. Unless they get cinema tent going early.

actually hang on main area doesn't open till after 4 does it? game kick off at half 2 or 3? doubt it'll be shown

OMG!! I'm so mad <insert band name> here is playing at the same time as <insert another band name here>!!!

How could the EP organizers not know my personal taste in music??!

    :)

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,933 ✭✭✭H8GHOTI

I've got my rough plan already.
Wont be leaving the main stage on Sunday, savge lineup form 5.30 (Mumford & Sons) all the way up to midnight with Massive Attack.

Same. That's definitely the best day on the Main Stage. Friendly Fires are on at 5:30 (Mumford are 7:10).
agree but I'll be heading over to the Little Big Tent for Laurent Garnier Live, can't miss that!

Would like to see him too (& Wolf Parade in Crawdaddy same time) but I think I'll go to Massive Attack.

i just sent an email to EP telling them about my dissapointment and if they could move LCD & Tiga not to clash.
they said no problem, they will be re-releasing the times shortly :pac:

    Hey folks
I just updated the EP 2010 clashfinder with all the new info for anyone who is interested.

Will add comedy, B&S Slow Stage when I get lunch. Still a few stages for which there are no times (Trenchtown, Salty Dog etc)

Anyone else think Mumford & Sons mightnt suit the main stage.
That said im happy as LCD Soundsystem are in the electric arena.
Roll on the weekend, oh yes the butterflies are about me now.

    got an XLS version?

    :(
The National, followed by Massive Attack, would be great if it didn't clash with Fever Ray. So I have to miss Massive Attack now and either miss the end of The National's set or the start of Fever Ray's.

Also, not happy with Modest Mouse vs. Jonsí.

Could be worse, I guess. But still....... *continues whining*

EDIT: Actually, looked at the times again. Fever Ray finishes pretty early, so I'll still get to see a bit of Massive Attack. Ok, I'm a bit happier now. :)

I think it was mentioned somewhere in this thread few pages back regarding a GAA match or something. Think it's a 20 minute walk into town not 100% sure. Guess trying to get a taxi would be a fecking nightmare!
