I posted on this earlier and blackbetty asked me to explain what I meant by the smell of the shannon. I'm not sure what she meant, but there is a very specific smell from the shannon (maybe all rivers smell the same) but the shannon smell reminds me of home and is familar to me, its nice. :)

Coconut, it's my favourite smell in the world, love it. Especially coconut shampoo and shower gel, sets me up for the day.

Funnily enough I hate any food containing coconut though.

    Agree with some of the ones mentioned already,eg.;
.petrol-thought I was the only one!
    .swimming pools
    .baby powder
    .log fires
    .vanilla and coconut
.garlic and onion frying-I like cooking too. :-)

    Some others I like are:
    .These orange chocolate sweets http://www.ballyrainens.ie/Archive/2008-2009/sweet%20fantastic/orange%20chocolate.gif

    .Spearmint gum or toothpaste
    .Popcorn
    .New hardback refil pads
.Herbal Essences-the old purple one for dry hair(had blackberries)
    .The Beach
    .Woods-smell of all the trees
.Men's lynx, and aftershaves. I love this blue face gel thing that my boyfriend uses after shaving, think it's gillette or adidas.

    Some that bring back memories:
    .Inis Arose perfume http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:pJCiAnMerZrZFM%3Ahttp://www.mimifroufrou.com/scentedsalamander/images/Inis2.jpg
-reminds me of knicking my mum's as a teenager,on way out with the girls. :-)

.Old Spice aftershave-haven't smelled it in ages but it always reminds me of my dad.http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:elyJJ7T6SucMZM%3Ahttp://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2008/12/17/article-1096956-02D64375000005DC-450_87x141.jpg

    In all seriousness:

My boyfriend- he just smells amazing

    Swimming pools
When you've just got your hair done
    Aussie Shampoo
    Garlic
    Cajun Spice
    Parsley

    Harry Potter books
    Tea leaves
    Whatever perfume my mam wears
    My Nana's house
My boyfriend's house (smells like cinammon all year round, it's amazing)
    Peppers
Malibu (but not anything else coconut)
    Pepsi
    Vanilla pods
    Apple-based baked goods
The ghd boxes always smell really nice, actually most electrical appliances have an amazing smell when you first get them... anyone else? No, just me then.
When someone's burning a turf fire and the smell is in the air

    there's loads more but meh.
