Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Done the usual tried the phone with no answer (as expected the last few days) and send on an e-mail which i doubt there is anyone checking over the holidays so I checked their website and found no notice about holiday opening hours so I thought it might be worth posting here in case there's anyone living nearby or who knows what days they will be open over the next 2 weeks if at all??

Will do, had no luck with the phone any times i tried, although i didnt expect there to be much going on down there over the holidays. Possibly from Monday on they will be back to normal!
